Item Availability:
We sell consignment items online as well as in our store. This means that every auction item is available in our store.
We will pull the item once it sold or a reserve is met on GunBroker or Guns of America, but on the rare occasion it is sold before we notice a bid, we will notify you immediately.

NFA items:
All shipment of NFA items must be sent to a SOT dealer, no exceptions in or out of state. Items may be picked up locally with the proper paperwork.

Curios and Relics:
We are happy to ship eligible firearms to type 03 FFLs (no pistols or revolvers to C&Rs if prohibited). To be eligible, the firearm must be unmodified and either a) be on the BATF C&R list or b) we must be able to prove that it was manufactured more than 50 years ago. Reproductions or clones are only eligible if they meet the same previous requirements. Rifles and shotguns will be shipped FedEx or UPS Ground, while pistols and revolvers will be shipped FedEx or UPS Next Day Air for an additional fee (contact us for a shipping quote).

We are happy to ship eligible firearms to California FFLs.

California has a search engine to verify legal handguns. Here is a link to their website: http://certguns.doj.ca.gov/

Shipping to States with Special Requirements:
California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Washington DC and possibly more states have special requirements. Each state has different rules and regulations and restrictions as to what you can and cannot own. We do not know each state’s laws and regulations. Finding out your state’s laws are up to you. If you live in one of the states listed above, you will need to verify with your local FFL dealer if the firearm is legal to own in your state before we will ship the firearm to them. After verifying that the firearm is legal, we will ship the firearm to your FFL dealer. If you order a firearm without checking to see if it is legal, and we ship the firearm to your dealer only to find it is not legal, the gun will need to be returned to us, at the customer’s expense. All shipping costs will be forfeited.

Ask your FFL dealer before ordering any firearm to make sure it is legal in your State to own.

Other Items Besides Firearms:
Can be shipped directly or picked up locally.
